Russell Health is actively seeking an Account Executive to promote and distribute their innovative Human Tissue Therapy products. Human Tissue Therapy products are acellular amniotic tissue allograft that is currently in high demand to optometrists and ophthalmologists across the United States. These tissue allografts contain a unique source of anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial proteins, to help to assist the body with repair, reconstruction and supplementation of the recipient’s tissues. Call points for this position include optometrists, ophthalmologists, orthopedics, podiatrists, general surgeons, plastic surgeons and pain management. •Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
•Present product information to potential customers
•Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to use our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
•Attend phone, virtual, or in-person sales meetings
•Keep detailed record of all contacts
•Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
•Work with sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
•Utilize our CRM software and be prepared to make cold calls and emails to create lead generation
